Mr. Juan C. Arias is an honorably discharged U.S. veteran who was born in Colombia. He has experience litigating dependency, family, and contracts matters, but currently concentrates his practice on civil ligation matters, including first party property. Mr. Arias started his legal career as a family prosecutor for the State of Florida and subsequently serving as of counsel attorney to a boutique firm handling high profile cases in Miami, FL, as well as being the managing attorney at Arias Law, PLLC. 

Mr. Arias has participated in dozens of complex evidentiary hearings, conducted trials at the lower court level, and recently at the appellate level successfully represented a client where the matter was dismissed in favor of his client. Mr. Arias is currently admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and all appellate and trial courts within the State of Florida.


Mr. Arias received his Bachelor’s in Psychology, Cum Laude, from Florida International University (FIU). He also received his Juris Doctor degree from Ave Maria School of Law, where he made the Dean’s List, was a member of the moot court board, and successfully completed internships at the Human Trafficking Clinic, the Florida State Attorney’s Office felony division, and as a judicial clerk at the 20th Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida.


Prior to attending law school, Mr. Arias served in the U.S. military where he received multiple performance awards while working as a Human Intelligence Collector and Strategic Debriefer, trained on screening, questioning, and interrogation of human intelligence sources.
